Module 01
The Stirring
When something within you begins to awaken
There is a moment — sometimes quiet, sometimes loud — when something inside you shifts.
You feel it before you understand it. A restlessness. A whisper that says: there is more than this.
You may not be able to name it yet. It does not arrive with instructions or clarity. It arrives as a feeling — a pull toward something you cannot see but somehow know exists.
This is the stirring. It is not a problem to solve. It is not a sign that something is wrong with you. It is the deepest part of you beginning to wake up.
Most people ignore it. They push it down, stay busy, tell themselves they should be grateful for what they have. And they should be. But gratitude and growth are not opposites. You can love your life and still feel called to something deeper within it.
The stirring is not asking you to leave your life behind. It is asking you to arrive more fully inside it.
Pause & Reflect
·When did you first feel the stirring — that quiet knowing that something needed to shift?
·What did you tell yourself about that feeling?
·What would happen if you honoured it instead of explaining it away?
Return to Self
Find a quiet moment. Close your eyes. Place one hand over your heart. Breathe slowly and ask yourself:
"What is trying to wake up inside me?"
"What am I ready to remember?"
Integration
"The stirring is not confusion. It is your inner compass recalibrating. Trust it."
When you are ready, take this reflection into your journal.
